Kendriya Kanya Ashram Shala managed by the Central Girls Ashram School received approval under the Low Literacy Project of the Central Government in the year 1993-94, allowing for the establishment of tribal children’s hostels from grades 1 to 5. The Central Government provided a grant of Rs. 9,50,000/- for the construction of the first hostel building, which serves as both a residence for children and a boarding for students. In this complex, five staff quarters have been constructed. Currently, classes from grades 1 to 8 are run accommodating 162 students.
In this school, since its initiation, a total of 568 students have enrolled. Many of these students are employed in government jobs. Some students are engaged in private employment, while a majority of them are employed as nurses.
The school undergoes a holistic transformation, continually striving for excellence across all domains. Its commitment to comprehensive development is evident in its consistent performance, surpassing benchmarks in every aspect. I aspire to empower every student with the finest knowledge and skills, fostering rapid progress not only academically but also personally. The collective vision shared by the school’s faculties, parents, society, and the institution itself is one of continuous advancement. There is a unified desire for progress, where each stakeholder plays a crucial role in nurturing the growth and development of every individual within the hostel’s community.
With meticulous care and dedication, it is my earnest wish to see each student flourish and reach their full potential. Through thoughtful guidance and unwavering support, the school endeavors to create an environment where every student is inspired to excel and advance further in their journey of learning and self-discovery. As we work together towards this shared goal, guided by a spirit of collaboration and excellence, I am confident that the hostel will continue to be a beacon of educational empowerment, shaping the future leaders of tomorrow.
